Semi-frameless shower screens

Semi-frameless gets you most of the frameless look for less. The fixed panels sit in a slim frame along the wall and floor and the door is frameless glass. That frame also gives a little room where the walls are not perfectly square.

Semi-frameless shower screens

Options

Corner and front entry

We do two-panel corner screens and inline front screens, both with a frameless pivot or hinged door.

Black and coloured frames

Pick matte black, chrome, brushed nickel or brushed gold, so the frame matches your tapware.

Clear, tinted or reeded

Clear glass is standard. If you want privacy, go for grey tint or reeded glass.

Over-bath screens

A single semi-frameless panel over the bath, for when the bath doubles as the shower.

What we install to

The numbers we work to on every job, so it passes the first time.

  • We use 6mm or 8mm toughened safety glass to AS 1288.
  • The fixed edges sit in a slim aluminium frame and the door stays frameless.
  • We measure once the tiling is done and seal with mould-resistant silicone.

How it works

  1. Send a photo

Use the form or text a photo of the space and some rough measurements to Josh on 0401 539 105 or Daniel on 0433 279 221.

  2. We measure and quote

A free site measure within the week and you will receive a written quote with the glass, hardware and finish spelled out.

  3. We order your glass

Your glass is cut, toughened and polished to the measure.

  4. We install

All jobs are usually finished the same day they are started. The space is left clean and ready for use.

Where we work

Altona Meadows, Williamstown, Point Cook, Brighton, Kew, Toorak, Mornington Peninsula, and the suburbs around them. All areas.

Questions people ask

What is the difference between frameless and semi-frameless?

Frameless has no frame at all: 10mm glass held up by hinges and brackets. Semi-frameless puts a slim frame around the fixed panels and keeps the door frameless, so it uses thinner glass and costs less.

Is semi-frameless good for an older bathroom?

Yes. The frame takes up small differences where the walls are not square, so it suits older homes and rentals where the tiles are staying.

Can I get a black semi-frameless screen?

Yes. Matte black is the finish most people ask for, and we have fitted the black Mirage semi-frameless system in Melbourne bathrooms.

How long does it take?

Usually within 7 days of the measure, then a morning to fit it.

A phone photo of the space and your suburb is enough to start. We come back within one business day, then measure on site for free before anything is ordered.
