We book inner-east measures on the same days, quote in writing with the glass, hardware and finish spelled out, and work out the install order with your builder or joiner. If there is a pool in the plans as well, Boroondara City Council needs it registered and will have the barrier inspected every four years. We install pool glass to AS 1926.1-2012, so it is built for that inspection from the start.

Do you install glass balustrades without a handrail?
Where the code allows it, yes, using laminated toughened glass. Stairs need a handrail, but we can mount it on the wall so the glass stays clean.
Can you work alongside our builder?
Yes. Most of our inner-east work is done alongside a builder or joiner. We measure once the surfaces are finished, because that is the measure that counts, and install when the schedule calls for glass.
